Hi Bridee, Thank you for making the process not overwhelming. I got the application in and it’s the best I’ve ever submitted. I feel confident that my documents show me in my best light. In the past I would have given up and not applied feeling daunted by the process. But you are a great listener (and note taker) and I really appreciated being able to talk through a lot of my experience.
